Each new year we enter with hopes and dreams and expectations of how that year will unfold.
Sometimes these hopes are not met. Sometimes things don't go as planned. And sometimes we experience heartbreak and disappointment as we attempt to adapt and keep going.
Humans are in need of a safe place where we can grieve and release and honor the emotions we would rather not feel.
It’s time to let yourself honor those emotions
Our spirit-connected ancestors recognized the importance of utilizing symbolic rituals and ceremonies to help navigating life's transitions.
If our emotions are not honored and released, they swirl around us and cloud our vision.

Sacred Sorrow Fire Ceremony
A NIGHT OF RELEASE
This ceremony is an opportunity to acknowledge the challenges, loses and struggles as well as the beautiful growth that we experienced the past year. Participants will experience:
- A safe and sacred place to allow emotions to surface.
- Reflective journaling on the experiences of the past year, both "good" and "bad."
- A guided meditation into the deeper layers of the heart and receive gifts and wisdom from your guides.
- A fire ceremony with a candle done together (virtually) from your own home.
Ceremonies can shift the energy and allow you to enter 2024 with a clean slate.
